I was supposed to be the one to cook chopsuey but I have not been feeling well since yesterday due to coughs and colds so hubby cooked it instead with my instructions of course. We were also not able to buy canned quail eggs so we opted for hard boiled eggs instead. We still have a lot left so this will still be what we will be having for dinner. We'll probably pair it with fried fish.
I just hope my coughs do go away as it is really hard coughing when pregnant. I am on my 20th week already and super excited to see my little one soon.
