Work or Study

I am planning to take up a Medical Transcription online course. I am still undecided though as it would cost around $1,000. I'm hesitant that if I did enroll and a chance to work comes up then I would not have time to study. I would still like to work but having a hard time finding one here in Al Ain. Most of the companies considering me for a job is in Dubai which is quite far from here. I have to make up my mind what to do, to continue looking for a job or to study.
